Bertha in steaming comeback.Byline: By Anthony Pouliquen THE grand age of steam is to be brought back to life at a Midland museum. An exhibition on the legendary Lickley Incline train - the Big Bertha Big Bertha Either of two different sets of long-range artillery produced by the Krupp works (see Thyssen Krupp Stahl) in Germany during World War I. The first were 420-mm (16.5-in.) howitzers used by German forces advancing through Belgium in 1914. - has opened at Bromsgrove Museum in preparation for the 50th anniversary of the train's break up. Jointly organised by the museum and the Bromsgrove Society, the event includes a roll of honour roll of honour Noun a list of those who have died in war for their country for people who worked on Big Bertha. Alastair Moseley, chief organiser of the exhibition, said: "We think it is very fitting to remember this part of Bromsgrove's history. "Big Bertha is yet another great example of Bromsgrove entrepreneurialism and ranks alongside the Bromsgrove Guild and the building of the Lickley Incline itself in terms of international significance."
