Bertelsmann mediaSystems has selected IBM eServer(1) systems to restructure the company's IT infrastructure with new customer relationship management (CRM (Customer Relationship Management) An integrated information system that is used to plan, schedule and control the presales and postsales activities in an organization. ) and supply chain management (SCM (1) (Software Configuration Management, Source Code Management) See configuration management.
