Bertelsmann Takes Majority Stake in Internet Company DealPilot.com.


FRANKFURT/NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--October 7, 1999--

Bertelsmann acquired a majority stake in the Internet company DealPilot.com AG, a new price-comparison service in the field of e-commerce.
