DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 19, 2000

The Bernstein Corporations Entertainment, Inc., Israel, Oh, Israel International, Inc., and Mr. Angel, Inc., today announced their intention to merge with September Project III Corporation (National Quotations Bureau:SPXD) through a reverse acquisition of the Denver-based entertainment companies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
