Bernhard Woebker Joins Availant's Board of Directors; International Business Leader to Drive Availant's Financial Growth Strategy, New Product Development.

Availant, the leading provider of availability management software that keeps business-critical computer systems available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, today announced Bernhard Woebker, has joined Availant's Board of Directors.

As a member of the board, Woebker will provide invaluable financial expertise, helping Availant prepare for the tremendous growth expected over the next few years. Woebker will use his experience and guide Availant's growth strategy in the availability management marketplace. The company prepares to launch its new line of availability management products later this year.
