His first job was with the Hudson River Valley Commission, where he studied various ways of controlling the expansion along the Hudson River. His successful campaign to revise the 80/20 Rental Housing Tax-Exempt Finance Program provided developers with incentives to build responsibly and to invest in a community. Mr. Brodsky is currently an executive committee vice chairperson of the Real Estate Board of New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States.
