It was superseded by logical block addressing (see LBA). ) today announced that its Board of Directors has terminated the employment of Andrew Grossman, Chief Executive Officer. Josephine Chaus, Chairwoman of the Company, will assume the Chief Executive position, effective immediately. Mrs. Chaus co-founded the Company in 1976 and has played an active role in managing it since that time. In addition to serving as Chairwoman since 1991, she held the positions of Chief Executive Officer from 1991 through 1994; member of the two-person Office of the Chairman from 1994 to the present; and President from 1980 through 1993. She currently owns 69.5% of the common shares outstanding.
