Berman earns leasing honor.


The Solomon Organization's Barbara Berman was honored hon·or

 as Outstanding Leasing Consultant of the Year at the 10th Annual New Jersey Apartment Association's Award Ceremonies recently held in Trenton.

Ms. Berman received the prestigious award for her outstanding leasing performance at Solomon's Raritan Crossing and Chestnut chestnut, name for any species of the genus Castanea, deciduous trees of the family Fagaceae (beech or oak family) widely distributed in the Northern Hemisphere. Ms. Berman's qualifications include real estate licenses in both New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 and New Jersey and recent completion of the New Jersey Apartment Association's course for property management.

Her work at Solomon has included training staff members and unifying the leasing processes for the properties under her jurisdiction.

Raritan Crossing is a 365-unit rental community in the Edison/New Brunswick area, containing a variety of floor plans from studios to two-bedroom townhomes.

The 100-unit Chestnut Court, located in Matawan. features one- and two-bedroom apartments.
