Berman Health and Media, Inc. Announces New Joint Venture With American Entertainment Holding Company; End of Agreement With Spark Networks plc.

CHICAGO -- Berman Health and Media, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BRMC.PK) is pleased to announce a joint venture with American Entertainment Holding Company of Los Angeles to create intellectual property to be used in television, motion pictures and the theatre.

Management also announced that the co brand agreement by and between Spark Networks plc and Berman Health and Media, Inc. dated September 12, 2005 has been terminated.
