CHEMICALS & PRODUCTS, INC. BETWEEN NOVEMBER 27, 1995 AND OCTOBER 6,
1998, INCLUSIVE AND WHO SUSTAINED A LOSS ON SAID PURCHASE(S).


YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, pursuant to Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) are rules governing civil procedure in United States district (federal) courts, that is, court procedures for civil suits. The FRCP are promulgated by the United States Supreme Court pursuant to the Rules Enabling Act, and then approved  and an order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, dated September 10, 2003, that a hearing will be held on December 10, 2003, at 8:30 a.m., before the Honorable William P.
