Berliner Communications, Inc. Announces the Addition of Alfred F. Boschulte and Mehran Nazari to Its Board of Directors.

Berliner Communications, Inc., a wireless telecommunications company in northern NJ, has announced today that Alfred F. Boschulte and Mehran Nazari will join their Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Alfred F. Boschulte is currently the President of AFB Consulting, a firm that specializes in strategic planning and operating margin improvements for telecommunication firms. Mr. Boschulte joins the Board with over 30 years of experience in this industry; most recently as CEO of SkyOptix, Inc., an Optical Network Management Company. He has held leadership positions throughout the industry, including CEO and President of Nynex Mobile Communications and Independent Wireless One (IWO). Mr. Boschulte holds an M.S. degree in Engineering and a B.M.E. degree.

Mehran Nazari is the President and CEO of Advanced Generation Telecom Group (AdGen Telecom), formerly XO Telecom Group in Washington, DC. AdGen Telecom is a developer of business models and business plans for new and existing wireless and telecom ventures. He was a Director of Engineering and a Senior Partner for Lukas Nace in Washington, DC for over 14 years. Mr. Nazari has over 20 years of experience in licensing, design, construction, optimization and interoperability of large wireless networks. Mr. Nazari holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University.
