Gallery assistant Harry Watkin will talk about German churches that are part of Coventry Cathedral's Community of the Cross of Nails set up after the Second World War to promote peace and reconciliation. Mr Watkin will talk about Berlin's Chapel of Reconciliation, rebuilt after the original chapel was destroyed in 1985 by the East German government. The original chapel was in the no man's land between the outer and inner Berlin walls and parishioners were not allowed to visit. It was rebuilt in 1999 and priests accepted the invitation for the chapel to become part of the Community of the Cross of Nails.
