), the holding company for Berkshire Bank (the "Bank"), today announced that Wayne F. Patenaude will join the Company and the Bank as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, on or about March 1, 2003. The retirement of Berkshire Bank's current CFO See Chief Financial Officer. , Charles F. Plungis, Jr., was announced on November 14, 2002 and will be effective at the end of this month.
