The Mannville-BPC - Crossfield 1-8-30-1W5 well tested gas at a rate of 394,000 m3/day (14.1 million cubic feet per day) at a flowing pressure of 14,550 Kpa on a 13.1 mm choke on a 4 hour clean-up following perforation per·fo·ra·tion n. 1. The 33 metre Mississippian Elkton pay section has not been stimulated. Flow rates during the test were restricted to meet the requirements of the AEUB AEUB Alberta Energy and Utilities Board flare permit. A total of 8.8 cubic metres of condensate was also recovered during the test. Further flow testing of the well is planned this week and the well will be shut in for pressure build-ups at the conclusion of the testing. Berkley will operate the tie-in and production of the well, an early 1996 start-up is currently envisaged.
