Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals, Inc. Celebrates Two Consecutive Record Years of Customer Satisfaction; Customer Complaints Have Been Reduced by 90 Percent in the Past 24 Months.

CINCINNATI -- Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals, Inc., the leading provider of quality vitamins and nutraceuticals, celebrates its second year of record low customer complaints and high brand satisfaction.

"September marks a very special time for Berkeley," said a spokesperson for Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals. "In the past 24 months Berkeley has been able to reduce customer complaints by 90 percent and has held steady at an average of less than two per week."

Berkeley has spent well over $20 million to buy the equipment, build the infrastructure and create the necessary departments to ensure total industry compliance. Three main changes were implemented: a voice recording system to record every customer call, a dedicated compliance staff to routinely listen and grade customer calls and strong recruiting and training programs to help provide the best customer care possible.

Berkeley has surpassed expectations by attaining millions of satisfied customers. Over the past two years, four separate third party surveys confirmed that our customers continue to be very satisfied with the results they experience from Berkeley brands. Customers also give high marks to our Customer Care Department and Home Delivery Plan.(a)

"Customers are voicing their satisfaction with Berkeley's hard working employees and its nutraceuticals," said the spokesperson. "We will continue to strive to bring only the best possible brands to market."
