Bergman extends broker incentive program.

Bergman Real Estate Group, a privately owned real estate firm that owns and manages office properties throughout New Jersey, announced the extension of their broker incentive program, known as the Bergman Broker Pentathlon, through June 30, 2009.

Top prize to the broker who leases the most space is an all-expanses paid trip to Greece. Runners up can collect a trip to the Bahamas and a bonus commission of $1 psf for some new leases.

The Bergman Broker Pentathlon is being offered through Bergman on behalf of the following participating New Jersey properties:

* 333 Meadowland Parkway, a six-story, 138,000 s/f Class-A office building in Secaucus;

* Florham Park Corporate Center, 25 A&B Vreeland Road, two three-story Class-A office buildings totaling over 225,000 s/f in Florham Park;

* 155 Passaic Avenue, a four-story, 88,000 s/f Class-A office building in Fairfield;

* 45 Eisenhower Drive, a five-story, 175,000 s/f Class-A office building in Paramus;

* Jefferson Plaza, 100110 South Jefferson Road, two three-story Class-A office buildings totaling 170,000 s/f in Whippany. Each property can accommodate space requirements of 20,000 s/f or more, as well as smaller spaces ranging from 1,500 to 4,000 s/f. Each registered broker who shows space in any of the listed buildings to a qualified prospect will receive a $100 Visa Gift Card. "This promotion allows us to essentially pay brokers just for showing space in these value-added buildings," said John Osborne, executive director of leasing and marketing for Bergman Real Estate Group.
