Bergen Brunswig appoints chief financial officer Neil Dimick to Board of Directors.

) today announced the appointment of Neil F. Dimick to an additional seat on the Company's Board of Directors, bringing the total to 12 Directors.

Dimick, who joined the Company in 1991, currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining Bergen Brunswig, Dimick was employed by the public accounting firm Deloitte & Touche for 18 years, serving as partner during the last eight years.
