Berenstain Bears, Scooby Doo to Lead Sixth Annual Oakland Tribune Holiday Parade on Saturday, Dec. 3.OAKLAND, Calif. -- The Berenstain Bears, who "live down a country road in Bear Country," are the grand marshals of the sixth annual Oakland Tribune Holiday Parade, which marches through the streets of downtown Oakland Downtown Oakland is the central business district in Oakland, California.
