Bentley and Strategic Affiliates introduce Engineering Office suites; MicroStation 95 and its popular engineering applications come together in series of integrated product suites.

EXTON, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 16, 1996--Bentley Systems, Inc., today introduced its new line of Engineering Office suites.

The company has worked with its Strategic Affiliates and Joint Developers to create four product suites that combine the power of MicroStation(R) 95 and its most popular engineering applications. The cost-effective suites offer users expanded functionality with state-of-the-art technology, unsurpassed integration, and a single point of service.

The four Engineering Office suites are GeoEngineering Office, Mechanical Engineering Office, Building Design and Engineering Office, and Plant Engineering Office. Built on the foundation of MicroStation 95, each contains the MicroStation TeamMate(TM) engineering document management product, and one or more engineering applications. The integration is made possible by the MicroStation Development Language (MDL(TM)), the foundation of the Engineering Office suite applications and shared information model.
