The merger will allow the synergy of people, imaging technology and products to be fully realized and deliver better imaging solutions to users of Bentley and HMR products.

 relationship for the past two and a half years, during which HMR has contributed imaging products to the Bentley channel and imaging technology to Bentley products. Both Bentley and HMR sought a full merger to dissolve any constraint on implementing their joint technology vision.

Members of the former HMR team continue to develop technology such as Image++(TM), Descartes(TM), and Raster The horizontal lines (scan lines) displayed on a TV or computer monitor.
