) announced today that it has extended its R&D collaborative agreement with Pfizer Inc (NYSE NYSE

Under the terms of the agreement, Bentley and Pfizer will continue to evaluate certain Pfizer compounds for enhanced delivery. As part of the agreement, Pfizer has access to Bentley's drug delivery platform through a research license. Pfizer will continue to provide the funding necessary to enhance its compounds in formulations that include Bentley's patented drug-delivery technology.
