) Tuesday announced that it has purchased the product Senioral from Sanofi-Winthrop for approximately $1.4 million cash.

. Bentley's Spanish subsidiary, Laboratorios Belmac S.A., started marketing this product in October and expects sales of approximately $1 million in the first 12 months with a gross margin of about 65 percent.

James Murphy, Bentley's president and chief executive officer, stated that, "Senioral is a proven medication that can be promoted in combination with antibiotics such as Arzimol(TM) for the treatment of upper respiratory tract infections. Senioral comes in both adult and pediatric pediatric /pe·di·at·ric/ (pe?de-at´rik) pertaining to the health of children.
