 today closed a deal in which the commercial real estate firm acquired all three U.S. warehouse and distribution facilities of Isuzu Motors of America, Inc. for approximately $31 million and simultaneously leased back the properties to the automobile and truck manufacturer for 20 years.

The warehouse and distribution facilities - located in City of Industry, CA (near Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850. ), Glen Burnie, MD (near Baltimore), and Grand Prairie Grand Prairie, city (1990 pop. 99,616), Dallas and Tarrant counties, N Tex., halfway between Dallas and Fort Worth; inc. 1909. Located in a highly urbanized and rapidly growing area, the city's boom caused its population to double between 1970 and 1990. , TX (near Dallas) - are similarly sized with a combined square footage of 745,648, and are each situated on a lot of about 12 acres. The buildings are primarily used to store parts until they are distributed to Isuzu dealers to service its line of sports utility vehicles, pick-up trucks and commercial delivery vehicles.
