The purpose of the name change is to more accurately reflect the company's position as the emerging leader in the online barter and trade industry. The name change was authorized at Bentley's October 30, 2003 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. This action does not change or consolidate the issued and outstanding common stock of the company.

Although not required, any shareholder can exchange their old stock certificates for new ones.
