:BLYC) the leader in online barter and trade, www.BentleyCommerce.com, launched a Per Inquiry (PI) media program that should enable it to convert trade dollars into a new cash revenue stream. The Company anticipates that its new PI program can make millions of dollars of print, broadcast radio, cable TV and digital advertising media available to new and current clients that will pay cash for media provided by Bentley Commerce based on leads generated, subscriptions, orders or sales.

"Media is a major investment expense for companies," said Bruce Kamm, Bentley Commerce's CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.  and the ability to utilize trade dollars to purchase excess media inventory will enable us to offer media with payment per inquiry or per order. With the PI program, a company can significantly increase its media and marketing without the typical huge upfront expense, by paying for their advertising with profit from new sales generated from the advertising. This helps increase media availability for companies that have a highly marketable product or service, but who do not have the budget for a large upfront media expense."

The first two companies that have PI media placement agreements with Bentley Commerce are in business sectors that range from comprehensive discount health and medical plans to DirectTV equipment, installation and service. Bentley Commerce will provide each company with a test market media plan and a variety of advertising venues. The companies will provide Bentley with a unique toll-free number for each type of media or market, so that it can track performance. It will then fine tune the plans and further media placement based on an analysis of the best performing markets, stations and networks.
