Bentley & Kryptosima to Initiate Pilot Program for On-line Brokerage Community.

Bentley Communications Corp. (OTCBB:BTLY) announced today that it has taken further steps in extending its "first-to-market" advantage in providing eCommerce services for on-line brokers by enlisting the participation of a registered securities broker-dealer to complement the recently announced agreement with Kryptosima.

Under an agreement announced last week, Bentley and Kryptosima will work together in a strategic alliance to use its services and technologies in support of Bentley's ATM@Home(TM) and to offer these services to the on-line brokerage community.

As reported in recent trade journal articles, Kryptosima is working closely with major ATM networks to introduce the service. For instance, the July 18 edition of ATM & Debit Card News describes a current pilot by the STAR(R) ATM network involving its own employees and those of participating banks.

Bentley is now proceeding with an established, registered NASD and SIPC member, on-line brokerage firm serving retail customer accounts. The brokerage firm is ready to advance and has enthusiastically agreed to the next phase of Bentley's program, which will involve a test market and inclusion in the pilot program using ATM/Debit w/PIN to fund brokerage accounts.
