 has appointed Benson Commercial Realty, of Tarrytown, as exclusive leasing agent for his showcase office complex at 333 Westchester Avenue in White Plains, NY.

"We're close to the finish line and I felt a strong, locally-based real estate firm could best complete this leasing assignment," stated Mr. Cohen, who has successfully transformed the former General Foods headquarters complex into a vibrant multi-tenant corporate campus that is now over 85% leased up.

The Benson firm, which also operates out of Stamford, will open an on-site leasing office at the White Plains development later this month, which will be under the direction of Gary J. Curto.
