Benny the Bull wins Golden Shaheen

Benny the Bull has won the $2 million Dubai Golden Shaheen with a tremendous finishing kick at Nad Al Sheba racetrack in Dubai.

Benny the Bull is trained by Rick Dutrow, who also won the $1 million Godolphin Mile earlier in the day. The trainer is in Florida to saddle Big Brown in Saturday's Florida Derby.

"I'm on Cloud 9, and I've still got the biggest one yet," Dutrow said from Gulfstream Park. "This is incredible."

Benny the Bull came flying down the track and blew past the field in the 6-furlong sprint run without a turn. Idiot Proof, another U.S.-based horse, was 1 3/4 lengths back in second.
