Bennigan's Fires Up the Grill for Fajita Creations.

The menu also features a new dessert, Bananas Foster Xango, the latest creation from Bennigan's culinary innovator Tony Davidson.

"Bennigan's desserts are a signature part of our menu and the Bananas Foster Xango is no exception," said Davidson. "It's original and banana cheesecake served in a pastry with classic bananas foster sauce, vanilla ice cream, sliced bananas and caramel."

Bennigan's Fajita Nation menu is available through June. New fajita recipes include: Blazin' Fajita Nachos; Mixed Grill Fajitas; Southwest Fajitas; Mushroom, Bacon and Jack Fajitas; Chicken Fajita Pita; and Fajita Salad.
