Lindsay Norton Bennett and John Brandon Page were united in marriage at six o'clock in the evening on June 24, 2006, at historic Main Street United Methodist Church United Methodist Church, in the United States, religious body formed by the union in 1968 of the Evangelical United Brethren Church and the Methodist Church (see Methodism).  in Hattiesburg.

The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Martha Norton Bennett of Baldwyn and Dr. Glenn Harris Bennett of Tupelo. Her grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. George Norton of Tishomingo and the late Mr. and Mrs. Emmett Bennett of Sidon, Arkansas.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Edward Page of Amarillo, Texas. He is the grandson of Mrs. Calvin Dodd and the late Lieutenant Colonel Dodd of Bryan, Texas, and Mrs. Gordon Page and the late Mr. Page of Flowood.

The bride wore a designer gown of white diamond silk taffeta featuring a full ball skirt and cathedral-length train. The strapless strap·less

 gown featured a fitted rouched bodice and inverted Basque waist, with hand-beading of pearls, rhinestones, sequins, and crystal bugle beads along the edge of the sweetheart neckline. Her waist-length illusion veil was edged in seed pearls and crystal beads and was attached to a crystal tiara. The groom's brother, Daniel Calvin Page, served as best man. Groomsmen were George Bradley Bennett, brother of the bride; Chad Christian Caillet; Travis Ralph Foster; David Oscar Page, cousin of the groom; Ike Walker Thrash; and Tyler Kent True.

Officiating minister was Rev. Robert McCoy. Miranda Maynard, soloist, and Kathy Vail, organist provided nuptial music. Acolyte was Jeffrey Keaton Page, cousin of the groom. George Bradley Bennett was the Scripture reader. Program attendants were Case Jansen Page and Jamie Blair Page, cousins of the groom. Rosemary Clark directed the wedding.
