The three test runs lasting four hours each were completed on August 15, 1997, and the equipment performed as designed. The tests were carried out by an independent certified testing company, Envirolab, of St. Foy, Quebec.

Preliminary incomplete test data has been received from EnviroLab and is positive. The balance of the results are critical if we are to receive the Quebec Ministry of Environment's approval to proceed with treatment of special wastes.

The company cannot confirm that the test results will be conclusive or that the Ministry will approve them.
