The debenture matures and is due on 31/July/2000. It is convertible at price of $1.70 per share. The debenture is secured by all the available tangible and intangible assets of the Corporation. These funds will be used for its phase I upgrade of its thermal remediation facility in St. Ambroise Quebec. This work will be completed by late September 1997. A test burn is currently being carried out at the St. Ambroise plant. A successful test burn, combined with the upgrade of the plant will result in a permit allowing the plant to process special wastes. This will put the Company in a position to complete the contracts worth a total of $3,200,000 mentioned in the last news release.
