Mr. Herman is an expert in broadband wireless matters and has worked with the firm's clients on a variety of regulatory, transactional and contractual matters.

Mr. Herman actively lobbies the FCC on issues pertaining to the regulation of both mobile and fixed wireless services on behalf of rural and independent telecommunications and Internet service providers.
