Benjamin Vinci, a disabled World War II veteran, who served as a member of the 97th Army Coast Artillery artillery, originally meant any large weaponry (including such ancient engines of war as catapults and battering rams) or war material, but later applied only to heavy firearms as opposed to small arms.  Guard, is seeking anyone who recalls him being wounded by machinegun fire from a Japanese aircraft on Dec. 7, 1941, especially the man he rescued on the beach at Ft. Weaver, Hawaii and ferried to a Red Cross truck on the beach near Hickam Field. Anyone having information relating to relating to relate prepconcernant
