Benjamin H. DeBerry Joins Slayton Search Partners.

CHICAGO -- Executive search firm Slayton Search Partners announced today that Ben DeBerry has joined their Chicago office and will serve as an Executive Vice President in the Firm's Consumer and Industrial Practice groups and will also manage the Chicago office.

Ben joins Slayton from Carlyle Group, where he most recently served as President. While at Carlyle Group, he managed all aspects of the business - working closely with his talented team of search professionals to strategically grow each practice. Prior to Carlyle Group, he was the global Managing Director of Edward W Kelley & Partners' Industrial Markets Practice.

Ben is active in several charitable and professional associations including the Union League Club of Chicago and Metropolitan Family Services. He serves on the Board of Directors at DePaul University, Kellstadt Business School and Old St. Pat's Catholic Church. Ben is also on the Governing Board of Leo High School.
