Revenues for the first fiscal 2004 period increased 6.9%, to $61.1 million, from $57.2 million in the corresponding year-ago period. While diluted per share earnings were in line with the Company's guidance issued last May, comparable restaurant sales for the period were 0.5% below a year ago, compared to expectations of a 0.5% to 1% increase.
