Benesch, Friedlander adds two attorneys.


COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 21, 1996--The law firm of Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff announces the addition of two new attorneys to the firm's Columbus office. Timothy J. Doney has joined the firm as a partner with the Corporate & Securities Practice Group and C. David Paragas has joined as of counsel with the Public Law Practice Group.

Prior to joining Benesch, Friedlander, Doney was of counsel to the law firm of Arter & Hadden while serving as General Counsel for 5B's Inc., an apparel manufacturing, embroidery and retail company in Zanesville, Ohio Zanesville is a city in Muskingum County, Ohio, United States. The population was 25,586 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Muskingum CountyGR6. , with over 1,250 employees. Doney's corporate practice will include counseling businesses in acquisitions, securities, financing, new business ventures and regulatory compliance.

Doney received his B.S. from the University of Michigan (body, education) University of Michigan - A large cosmopolitan university in the Midwest USA.
