 announced today recent changes in selected leadership positions in the firm.

The changes were part of the management and succession structure adopted by the firm in 1991.

Stuart A. Schloss Jr. has been appointed as partner-in-charge of the firm's Cincinnati Cincinnati (sĭnsənăt`ē, –năt`ə), city (1990 pop. 364,040), seat of Hamilton co., extreme SW Ohio, on the Ohio River opposite Newport and Covington, Ky.; inc. as a city 1819.  office and Robin E. Harvey Harvey, city (1990 pop. 29,771), Cook co., NE Ill., a suburb S of Chicago; inc. 1895. Its manufactures include steel castings, metal products, chemicals, machinery, and electronic equipment. Harvey has an oil research center. The city was founded by Turlington W. , also resident in the firm's Cincinnati office, has been elected to the firm's executive committee.

Allan Goldner was re-elected as executive partner and James M. Hill was re-elected to the executive committee. Goldner and Hill are resident in the Cleveland office.
