Benenson creates management arm.

The Benenson Capital Company announced the formation of Benenson Capital Partners, LLC (BCP), the first of several steps toward a major long term strategic business plan. Richard A. Kessler, chief operating officer, of Benenson Capital Partners, LLC, made the announcement.

Benenson Capital Partners, LLC is the management arm of the Benenson group of companies which includes. The Benenson Capital Com pany. BCP is a leader among privately held operating companies in real estate investment, development and asset management. BCP is also well known for establishing strategic relationships and value-added transactions with corporate tenants, lenders, and joint venture partners. These initiatives capitalize on opportunities in undervalued. assets, build-to-suit projects, new development and redevelopment.

Benenson Capital Partners, LLC manages the Benenson family's interest in a portfolio of financial assets and a real estate portfolio that features a diverse group of properties nationwide including 400 Park Ave., The Metropolis, Le Rivage, 1560 Broadway and the Beekman Hotel, all in Manhattan; the Cross County Shopping Center in Westchester; 600 Summer Street in Stamford, Connecticut and Koin Center in Portand, Oregon.
