With document traffic increasing to more than 500,000 pages per year, paperwork burdened Avante's accountants, whose work was disrupted by the time-consuming management of paper files. Before ImageNow deployment, accounting staff would have to leave their desks and conduct a painstaking search through multiple filing cabinets to find invoices and other documentation.
