The research, conducted across sales directors within the Times Top 1,000 companies highlights the significant growth in the number of organisations employing customer extranets to improve customer relationships. 38% of respondents In the context of marketing research, a representative sample drawn from a larger population of people from whom information is collected and used to develop or confirm marketing strategy.  now give customers online access to information and reports. A further 23% plan to implement extranets by the end of 2002.
