Because today's benefit programs are more sophisticated than ever -- involving multiple plans and options with complex eligibilities and pricing -- companies spend thousands of hours and dollars each year administering the plans. Campus 4.5 also includes functionality that gives customers the ability to customize instructions employees read throughout the enrollment process. Campus screen content, including what employees see and read on the Home Page and at steps throughout the election process, can now be tailored to the benefit program and to the customer. Together with the communications functionality that already exists within Campus, this enhancement enables customers to provide a full range of online communications to support employees during any enrollment process.

To facilitate various administrator roles and responsibilities within an HR or benefits department, the newest version of Campus enables customers to grant security rights to administrators based on job requirements. An administrator's access can now be limited by company location or by geography. And, Campus 4.5 offers the flexibility to specify the type of access for each administrator -- from full data editing rights to "read only" access.
