New Interface, Improved Data Availability, and Enhanced Security

Building on existing features for online benefits communication, enrollment and administration, the new release of Campus features an all new user interface for benefits administration. The new interface improves administrator workflows, making the system easier to use and resulting in reduced HR burden and associated costs. Administrators can now quickly navigate the processes of generating reports, reviewing historical information, monitoring enrollment requests that require documentation, and other administrative tasks that let HR staff oversee employees' activities. To facilitate various administrator roles and responsibilities within an HR or benefits department, the newest version of Campus enables customers to grant security rights to administrators based on job requirements. An administrator's access can now be limited by company location or by geography. And, Campus 4.5 offers the flexibility to specify the type of access for each administrator -- from full data editing rights to "read only" access.
