Benefit Software Inc. announces the successful launch of TexasBank's new employee benefit communications website. TexasBank is using Fringe Facts(R) Monitor Online to automate, centralize and standardize employee benefit communications.

TexasBank's employees point and click through full-color graphical and textual descriptions of all their company-provided benefits. The main page summarizes all benefits, and employees can link to pages describing life, medical, and dental coverage options. They can also view their Summary Plan Descriptions and benefit summaries online. There's even a 401(k) calculator that helps employees determine the tax advantages of contributing to the 401(k) plan. In addition, employees can send questions to the HR department via email and receive an answer within minutes. All of this is offered to employees via a password protected, secure and personal website that assures employee privacy.
