Corporate Restructuring and Creditor Rights law specialist Alex Spizz, partner, Todtman, Nachamie, Spizz & Johns, P.C. will be a panelist at a luncheon seminar, entitled "Views from the Bench," hosted by the New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 Institute of Credit (NYIC NYIC New York Immigration Coalition ) on Thursday, May 13, 12:30 to 2:00 p.m., at Arno's Restaurant, 141 West 38th Street.

The expert panel also includes: U.S. Bankruptcy Court bankruptcy court n. the specialized Federal court in which bankruptcy matters under the Federal Bankruptcy Act are conducted. There are several bankruptcy courts in each state, and each one's territory covers several counties.  Judge Allan Gropper; Newark, New Jersey Bankruptcy Court Judge Morris Stern; and Gerald P. Buccino, chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , Buccino & Associates, Inc., a consulting firm prominent in crisis and interim management, insolvency and reorganization, corporate restructuring and more.

The seminar is part of NYIC's 25th Credit Smorgasbord, which will feature seven seminars.
