Bench International Names Simon Jones as Executive Director of Recruitment.

LOS ANGELES -- Bench International, a global executive search firm specializing in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and health care sectors, has named Simon Jones as Executive Director of Recruitment. Mr. Jones will be based in the Company's world headquarters of Beverly Hills, California, and will be primarily responsible for leading Bench International's efforts in biomedicine, occupational and environmental health, managed health markets, and information technology arenas.

Mr. Jones has over ten years experience in the healthcare industry in pharmaceuticals, managed care/insurance, information technology, and strategy consulting. Simon has overseen the development of a Medicare HMO, the e-business program for a $12 billion health insurer, development of several health systems' cardiovascular programs, the entire lifecycle of multi-million dollar vendor relationships, and the launch of a health care division for a high-speed wireless start-up. Simon has an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Berkeley. He has been a guest lecturer at both the University of Southern California and at Indiana University Southeast.
