Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.


At the annual meeting of the Board of Directors of American Associates, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (AABGU), Lloyd Goldman was elected first vice president of the organization, making him the eventual successor to new president Alex Goren of New York.

Goldman is principal and president of BLDG Management Co., Inc. and its affiliated entities, with significant real estate holdings, including residential, commercial and industrial properties around the United States.

He has served as a member of AABGU's Executive and Budget and Finance Committees. Goldman was elected as a member of the International Board of Governors of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2006. He is active in the work of the International Advisory Review Committee for the Joyce and Irving Goldman Medical School at Ben-Gurion University, named after his parents and gifted by the Joyce and Irving Goldman Family Foundation, of which he is former president and now trustee.
