Revenues for the second quarter ended March 31, 1997 increased to $787,761 from $42,309 reported for the same year ago period. Net income for the period was $316,206, or $0.03 per share, compared to a net loss of $65,288, or $0.01 per share, for the second quarter ended March 31, 1996. Revenues for the six months ended March 31, 1997 increased to $882,761 from $92,559 reported for the six months ended March 31, 1996. Net income for the period was $152,400, or $0.02 per share, compared to a net loss of $262,539, or $0.03 per share, for the first half of fiscal 1996.
