 BB: BNEZ) today announced financial results for its second quarter and six months ended March 31, 1997.

The company noted that its second quarter marked the first time in its history that the company has reported a profit.

Revenues for the second quarter ended March 31, 1997 increased to $787,761 from $42,309 reported for the same year ago period. Net income for the period was $316,206, or $0.03 per share, compared to a net loss of $65,288, or $0.01 per share, for the second quarter ended March 31, 1996.

Revenues for the six months ended March 31, 1997 increased to $882,761 from $92,559 reported for the six months ended March 31, 1996. Net income for the period was $152,400, or $0.02 per share, compared to a net loss of $262,539, or $0.03 per share, for the first half of fiscal 1996.

Commenting on the results, Jack Ben Ezra, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , stated, "We are extremely pleased to report the first profitable quarter in the company's history and a profit for the six month period as well. The company's strong performance in the second quarter is directly attributable to the successful introduction of our first product, CapScape, the interactive, multimedia computer software program which enables companies to complete a draft of a Regulation A or related public SEC filing. We began shipping the MacIntosh version of the program on February February: see month.  19, 1997 and the PC version on March 26, 1997. Demand for the product remains strong and we believe the positive trends established in the second quarter will continue."
