Belo promotes Jeff Lamb to Vice President/Administration.DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 13, 1995--A.H. Belo Corporation announced today that Jeff Lamb has been promoted to Vice President/Administration, effective Jan. 1, 1996. Michael D. Perry, Belo's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, said, "This promotion results from Jeff's outstanding record of accomplishment while at Belo and the Management Committee's confidence in the key role he will play in the company's future success." Lamb joined Belo in 1993 as director of Human Resources. Prior to coming to Belo, he served as Vice President/Administration -- MESA Environmental, a division of the Dallas-based petroleum company, MESA, Inc. From 1981 to 1993, Lamb held various management positions in the administrative and human resources areas of MESA. A native of Amarillo, Texas, Lamb holds a bachelor's degree in business from West Texas A & M. He is active in his church, and his civic involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors of Cornerstone Development Corp., a non-profit organization working to build a community center in South Dallas.
