Belmont Bancorp. (Nasdaq:BLMT), parent corporation of Belmont National Bank, has announced it has sold all 3,000,000 shares of common stock it made available in a public offering which began on May 17, 2000.

The success of the stock offering completes Belmont's recapitalization plan, which started February 7, 2000 with an initial 5,000,000 stock offering to its shareholders.
