BELLMER ACQUIRES WOLFF Wolff , Kaspar Friedrich 1733-1794.
German anatomist noted for his pioneering work in embryology. His chief work, Theoria Generationis (1759), refuted the theory of preformation, which held that the embryo is a fully formed miniature adult. ASSETS. Gebr. Deutschland, officially Federal Republic of Germany, republic (2005 est. pop. 82,431,000), 137,699 sq mi (356,733 sq km). has acquired the complete technical archives from the Wolff machine company of Duren. At the same time, the technical director through many years, senior engineer Wolfgang Dolfus, has joined Bellmer, ensuring spare part supply to Wolff customers.
